Dealer Sales Representative

Acquire new dealership customers through high-volume outbound sales from our Buckhead office: contact warm leads, qualify prospects, conduct virtual demonstrations, and convert opportunities into active accounts.

• Execute daily outbound campaigns via phone, text, and email targeting warm leads
• Qualify prospects by identifying transportation needs and current processes
• Lead virtual demonstrations of Carpool's platform capabilities
• Manage CRM documentation and sales follow-up activities
• Build professional relationships with dealer contacts
• Coordinate with internal teams on customer transitions
• Develop knowledge of the platform, services, and the logistics industry

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 1–3 years inside sales, SDR, BDR, or call center experience
• Demonstrated ability working toward defined sales targets
• Strong communication skills and phone presence
• Resilience in handling rejection and applying feedback
• Excellent organizational and CRM documentation abilities
• Onsite at the Buckhead location

Base salary $50,000, plus performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.
