Technical Sales Manager Mechanical Insulation

Kingspan Insulation is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Mechanical Insulation to drive profitable growth of our mechanical insulation business by developing and growing customer relationships and converting market demand and qualified project opportunities into revenue. The role will initially focus on Kingspan’s Tarec®pir portfolio while supporting the continued development and commercialization of an expanded mechanical insulation offering.

This role leads commercial sales execution for Kingspan’s mechanical insulation business across North America, with primary focus on the United States and Canada. Responsibilities include distributor, fabricator and other direct customer relationships, account growth, pricing execution, forecasting and opportunity conversion. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of customer demand, competitive activity and market dynamics and translate those insights into commercial actions that strengthen Kingspan’s market position and deliver profitable growth.

Working closely with the PIR & Kool Duct Business Development Managers and cross-functional Technical, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations and Finance teams, this role will jointly advance opportunities created through engineering, specification, owner and contractor development through the commercial process and convert them into orders and recurring revenue. As Kingspan’s mechanical insulation portfolio expands, the role will support the commercial introduction and growth of new product offerings within the market.
