Outside Sales Representative

You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, managing everything from initial outreach and needs assessment to product demonstration and closing the sale. • Meet face-to-face with seniors who have requested information about coverage
• Present life insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process
• Build long-term relationships through trust and service
• Manage follow-ups and maintain strong communication with clients
• Participate in training, coaching, and weekly team development sessions
• Represent Dependable Solutions professionally and with integrity

This role offers a commission-only structure with significant earning potential. Successful representatives can expect to earn between $90,000 and $200,000 annually, based on performance and sales achievements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel.
• Willingness to obtain a life insurance license
