Entry-level wholesale mortgage sales role at EPM's Atlanta office. Junior Account Executives enter a training program on mortgage and sales fundamentals while helping identify and onboard broker and third-party-originator accounts and supporting senior Account Executives.
What you'll do- Assist in identifying and onboarding qualified third-party originator and broker accounts.
- Participate in sales calls with prospective and current accounts to learn about assessing client needs and opportunities.
- Gain proficiency in loan origination systems, CRM, and innovative AI tools to maximize performance.
- Serve as a liaison between accounts and the EPM operations teams, ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate with Sr. Account Executives and Sales Management to maintain strong client relationships.
- 1+ years of professional work experience preferred, ideally in sales, customer service, or financial services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial or mortgage terminology a plus.
