BS degree in Chemistry or related science field (i.e., Biology).
Experience and Responsibilities- Chemical analysis including, but not limited to TSS, Oil & Grease
- Ion chromatography
- Gas chromatography
- ICP-MS
- Atomic absorption
- Coal and/or fuel oil sulfur content
- Handling, preparing, and analyzing various environmental samples according to EPA, ASTM, or other protocols
- Experience with quality control requirements for analytical methods
- Experience in chemical nomenclature, instrumentation, and inorganic analytical methods including EPA methodology supporting NPDES, RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA, and EPA Solid Waste - 846 methods (Test Methods for Evaluating Solid Waste, Physical/Chemical Methods)
