Signia by Hilton Atlanta is looking for 2 full‑time Security Officers to join the Security Department. Anchored in the heart of downtown, just steps from Mercedes‑Benz Stadium and the Georgia World Congress Center, Signia by Hilton Atlanta boasts 976 rooms and over 106,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience, preferably in hotels

• Customer service experience

Shift Pattern
:
One position will cover PM shifts 3:00 PM‑11:30 PM; the second position will require availability for overnight shifts 11:30 PM‑7:00 AM, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate
: $19.00 per hour.

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

• Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks, and undesirable conditions.
• Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies, and threats to life and/or property.
• Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed.
• Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
