Job Description
As a Security Officer – Flex Patrol in Atlanta, GA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as financial institutions. You will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution, deterring security-related incidents through regular patrols and a visible presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, provide outstanding customer service, and address any security-related concerns with professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively, including emergency response as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report unusual activity or potential security concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Collaborate with team members and site staff to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Computer or tablet proficiency.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required as permitted by law.
• Driver’s license required only for driving positions.
