** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies as needed.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized individuals and support a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff.

+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.

+ Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site-specific procedures.

+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

* + At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
