We are seeking Armed Security Officers to join our Asset Protection Team in the Georgia region. This position requires a high level of situational awareness, professional conduct, and commitment to safeguarding people, property, and assets while representing PPC’s reputation for excellence.
Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour DOE (Subject to change based on assignment and client needs.)
Job Requirements- Must possess a valid Armed Security License and personal duty equipment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Military, Corrections, or Security (required).
- Must meet eligibility to operate a company vehicle and hold a valid Driver’s License (no more than 3 infractions in the past 3 years).
- Proof of current vehicle insurance required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with minimal restrictions.
- Strong computer literacy – proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must demonstrate sound judgment, integrity, and professional demeanor at all times.
- Additional certifications or training may be required per contract or site‑specific needs.
- Conduct patrols of assigned areas (on foot and/or vehicle) to ensure site security.
- Perform scheduled and random patrol checks within designated routes.
- Monitor for and report irregular or suspicious activity, hazards, or breaches.
- Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and security observations.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, community partners, and first responders.
- Uphold PPC’s reputation through professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity.
- Carry and utilize defensive tools responsibly after training and certification.
- Support emergency response efforts when required.
