Position PurposeWe are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Agent to ensure the safety and security
of our guests, associates, and property. This role requires a proactive approach, attention
to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol and monitor hotel premises to prevent and respond to incidents.
- Respond promptly to guest and staff concerns related to safety or security.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or hazards.
- Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations when needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership and local authorities as needed.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or related field preferred.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Valid security license or willingness to obtain one, if required by local regulations.
