How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients at a commercial real estate front desk while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related policies.
• Monitor access to the building or designated areas by greeting visitors, verifying authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Answer and direct incoming calls, provide general building information, and communicate visitor arrivals, deliveries, and service requests to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor security‑related systems, alarms, cameras, and/or access‑control activity from the front desk, reporting unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with building management and emergency responders as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Possess at least 5 years of security‑related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
