Job Summary
Join our growing team as a Cabinet & Kitchen Remodel Installer, where you’ll work on hands-on kitchen renovation projects from start to finish. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the trades, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in a company that values craftsmanship and teamwork.
This role offers stability, opportunity, and a supportive culture that encourages long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Perform kitchen remodeling tasks including cabinet installation, drawer boxes, hardware, countertops, tile, trim, and painting
- Follow detailed project plans and communicate progress with the team lead
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
- Use various hand and power tools to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Support lead installer and project manager to finish projects on time and with quality
- Represent the company professionally with homeowners and team members
- 2–3 years of experience in kitchen remodeling, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
- Comfortable with tools and eager to expand your skillset
- Punctual, dependable, and coachable
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in a physically active environment
- Cabinet refacing or painting experience
- Spanish-speaking ability
- Interest in growing into a lead-level role
West Atlanta Metro area – including Powder Springs, Smyrna, Mableton, Hiram, and surrounding areas
Schedule
Monday – Friday (occasional weekends based on project needs)
