Tremco is currently searching for a Commercial Roofing Advisor in our Roofing and Building Maintenance Division. The role supports the Sales Representative in the Atlanta, GA area and includes the following responsibilities:

• Preparing and/or distributing marketing materials
• Inspection and evaluation of properties
• Preparing roof drawings and sketches
• Preparing scope of work documents
• Preparing proposals
• Attending sales calls and meetings with architects, contractors, and owners
• Pricing patch and repair jobs
• Providing technical expertise
• Monitoring installations and troubleshooting problems
• Conducting diagnostic infrared scans of roofs
• Preparing CADD drawings

• Three to five years of related hands‑on experience required
• Prior sales and/or customer‑related experience in the roofing industry required
• Experience with drafting and interpreting roof drawings and specifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills

The salary range for this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $80,000, based on qualifications and experience.
