• Must be a 1099 contractor with active General Liability Insurance (COI required)
• Worker’s Comp preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing or electrical service
• Own tools and vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
• Complete brief onboarding call with the vendor team before work is assigned
• Ability to use an online service portal to track and manage work orders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Currently located in the US

• No current insurance coverage (COI required)
• Inability to complete onboarding or communicate professionally
• No reliable vehicle or trade tools

• Availability to take emergency calls
• Respond to residential plumbing and electrical service requests
• Perform diagnostics and basic repairs on the first trip, when possible
• Handle work within provided "Not‑to‑Exceed" (NTE) budgets (average $150‑$350)
• Submit estimates for larger repairs or projects that exceed the NTE
• Communicate job status and updates via our mobile portal
• All materials are supplied by Superior

• Diagnostic Trip Fees: $65‑$85 per call, depending on trade and complexity
• Basic Repairs:
  Paid within NTE limits of each work order (average $150‑$350)
