Repair Technician

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Installs new elevators & escalators, including electrical work, wiring, and programming of control systems.

* Maintains and repairs elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation equipment.

* Performs routine maintenance, such as oiling & cleaning mechanical parts, and inspecting safety devices.

* Responds to emergency calls and makes repairs quickly and efficiently.

* Updates and maintains records of repairs and maintenance performed.

* Conducts safety audits and ensures that all equipment meets safety standards and regulations.

* Stays current with advancements in elevator technology and industry regulations.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Certified Elevator Technician degree or Elevator Mechanic License

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Must be available to work on an on-call basis in cases of emergency
