Lead a three-person crew, organize parallel work packages, keep materials and tools ready, remove blockers, and verify measurable daily output. Read drawings and scopes, coordinate pathways and access, inspect workmanship, and drive punch-list closure. Own testing, labeling, redlines, photos, closeout documentation, and a clean customer handoff. Install and troubleshoot alongside the crew as needed.
We need a field leader who can improve crew productivity while maintaining quality, safety, and clear communication. Georgia low-voltage license: LVU 407075.

Position Requirements
Required:
3+ years of hands-on commercial low-voltage experience; experience organizing a crew, measuring output, and completing testing and closeout; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; availability for up to 25% travel and occasional nights or weekends.
Preferred: Copper and fiber termination/testing; racks, Wi-Fi, surveillance, access control, intrusion, or A/V; lift, OSHA, BICSI, or manufacturer certifications; drawings, daily reports, and closeout packages. A suitable work truck is preferred, not required.
