Maintenance Technician – AMLI Lindbergh

This hands-on role is ideal for an experienced apartment maintenance technician or HVAC technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring residents enjoy a comfortable, well-maintained home.

• Perform general and advanced maintenance repairs, including HVAC troubleshooting, AC repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and glass replacement
• Complete HVAC service, preventative maintenance, and system diagnostics, ensuring optimal performance and resident comfort
• Ensure all vacated apartments are restored to make-ready condition with strong attention to detail
• Respond promptly to service requests, including air conditioning and HVAC-related issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
• Conduct inspections and assist with preventative maintenance, including HVAC systems, pool care, exterior lighting, and filters
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools, equipment, and inventory

• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment maintenance, HVAC service, or building maintenance
• EPA Section 608 Certification or Type 1 and 2 required
• Experience with HVAC systems, AC repair, refrigerant handling, and preventative maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic to intermediate HVAC repairs independently
• Availability for on-call and weekend rotation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
