Zoom Drain North Atlanta is seeking an experienced Service Plumber with strong plumbing fundamentals who is interested in building expertise in drain, sewer, and plumbing services
.

This role is ideal for a plumber who enjoys problem solving, working independently in the field, and providing exceptional service to customers.

• Diagnose and resolve residential and commercial drain, sewer, and plumbing issues
• Perform professional drain cleaning and hydro-jetting
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and interpret findings
• Identify plumbing issues contributing to recurring drainage problems
• Recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions
• Clearly communicate findings and service options to customers
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Complete service documentation and job reports
• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes and businesses

• 3+ years of plumbing experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Drain cleaning or sewer service experience preferred, but not required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to lift/carry 50+ lbs and perform work requiring kneeling, crouching, or extended standing
