Were looking for a hard-working Technician to coordinate daily tasks with the Foreman, operate 40ft+ lifts, and keep our installations on track. We offer steady OT and the chance to run crews on some of the biggest builds in the country.

Install, terminate, and test Cat6 and fiber (single-mode and multi-mode) cabling

Perform paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling

Lead and support small crews of 24 technicians as a working lead when assigned

Build and dress MDFs, IDFs, racks, patch panels, and cable management

Install cable pathways including J-hooks, ladder rack, innerduct, and tray

Operate boom and scissor lifts (40+ ft work)

Troubleshoot cabling and system issues

Ensure cables are neatly dressed, labeled, and installed per standards

Provide daily progress updates to the Lead or Foreman

Follow all safety, quality, and site requirements

Skills & Qualifications

25+ years of low-voltage or data cabling experience

Strong Cat6 and fiber termination and testing skills

Experience with paging, wireless/AP cabling, CCTV, and access control cabling

Ability to read prints and work with minimal supervision

Comfortable working at height and in large warehouse environments

Ability to work independently or support small crews

Proficient with smartphones, email, and basic spreadsheets

Basic telecommunications tools, PPE, and reliable transportation

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Willingness to travel extensively and work 5060 hour weeks

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
