Clinical Case Manager (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)

Wellspring Living, an Atlanta‑based non‑profit organization, invites applications for the Clinical Case Manager (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) to support the Women’s Academy program. The program transforms the lives of adults at risk or victimized by sexual exploitation through therapeutic services, education, life skills, and professional development.

Position Summary

Providing comprehensive, holistic, trauma‑sensitive, and strengths‑based clinical case management services to adult women participants in the Women’s Academy—a community‑based program offering wellness, GED education, career preparation, and paid apprenticeships.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments for applicants.
  • Develop Individualized Service Plans, provide resources and referrals.
  • Serve as community liaison with referral agencies and other community resources.
  • Administer program benefits (childcare stipends, transportation assistance).
  • Assist participants in applying for and obtaining essential services such as health care, insurance/Medicaid, TANF, SSI, food stamps, and identification.
  • Support academic and professional development (e.g., academic skill‑building, career counseling).
  • Support personal development (executive functioning, financial management, life skills, problem‑solving, interpersonal skills, mental health, career development).
  • Develop and offer clinical groups and workshops (e.g., DBT Skills, Healthy Relationships) aligned with program goals.
  • Engage in risk assessment and crisis stabilization.
  • Utilize a strength‑based approach in modeling and providing feedback.
  • Serve on the program’s MDT for case consultation and coordination of care.
  • Supervise clinical interns as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organization procedures within the electronic health records (EHR) system.
  • Collaborate with academic and career staff to support each participant’s progress.
Professional Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in a related field such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
  • Active Georgia license in good standing: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
  • Preferred credentials/certifications in behavioral health, trauma‑informed care, and/or addictions.
  • Preferred experience with Motivational Interviewing (MI), Stages of Change, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or other trauma‑informed evidence‑based modalities.
  • Experience working with adult survivors of complex trauma, such as sex trafficking.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Position Requirements
  • Successful completion of pre‑employment background checks including criminal history, fingerprinting, and drug testing; ongoing compliance required.
  • Valid driver’s license required and must be maintained.
  • Documentation of references (at least two professional and one personal) attest to capability and suitability working with vulnerable populations.
Working Conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work long periods at a computer.
  • Moderate local travel; occasional travel beyond metro Atlanta.
