Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of the parent relationship—from initial inquiry through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
  • Lead persuasive information sessions and individualized conversations that turn interested parents into dedicated advocates.
  • Act as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, strengthening satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported following enrollment.
  • Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, community partnerships, and targeted outreach.
  • Mobilize parent advocates to expand referrals and deepen community influence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Rely on scripted sales methods or transactional communication.
  • Hand off relationship-building to campus personnel or assume a passive role.
  • Allow organized parent coalitions to override or weaken Alpha’s educational philosophy.
  • Operate remotely—this role is deeply integrated into the parent experience and local community.
Key Responsibilities

Lead enrollment growth and retention at your campus by managing high-trust parent relationships from initial contact through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.

Basic Requirements
  • Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or be willing to relocate to:
    San Francisco, CA;
    Santa Barbara, CA;
    Palo Alto, CA;
    Piedmont, CA;
    Roswell, GA;
    Bethesda, MD;
    Charlotte, NC;
    New York City, NY;
    Austin, TX;
    Brownsville, TX;
    Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
  • Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

With Us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. Consult the Crossover help and FAQ for more details.
