Responsibilities- Take full ownership of the parent relationship—from initial inquiry through sustained engagement—for a single campus.
- Lead persuasive information sessions and individualized conversations that turn interested parents into dedicated advocates.
- Act as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, strengthening satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported following enrollment.
- Establish visibility and credibility through consistent on‑site presence, community partnerships, and targeted outreach.
- Mobilize parent advocates to expand referrals and deepen community influence.
- Rely on scripted sales methods or transactional communication.
- Hand off relationship-building to campus personnel or assume a passive role.
- Allow organized parent coalitions to override or weaken Alpha’s educational philosophy.
- Operate remotely—this role is deeply integrated into the parent experience and local community.
Lead enrollment growth and retention at your campus by managing high-trust parent relationships from initial contact through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.

Houston, TX; or Kirkland, WA. - Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making.
- Deep belief in Alpha’s accelerated, high‑expectation learning model.

WorkingWith Us
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly. Consult the Crossover help and FAQ for more details.
