If helping families transition to a fundamentally reimagined approach to education resonates as your purpose, this position places you at the center of that transformation.
Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily through AI-driven applications. The remainder of their day focuses on practical competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative problem-solving, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures or redundant assignments. The outcome is accelerated mastery and performance in the top 1% nationally.
This approach requires a fundamentally different relationship with parents—and that relationship is your responsibility.
You will serve as the public-facing leader of your campus, responsible for enrollment growth, community trust, and parent advocacy. You'll conduct persuasive information sessions, cultivate meaningful local relationships, and turn interest into waitlist traction. Your involvement extends beyond recruitment. You'll also function as the primary contact for families enrolled at Alpha—managing questions, strengthening loyalty, and transforming parents into vocal proponents of the model.
This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with measurable expectations. You will be physically embedded in a single campus, on-site the majority of the time, accountable for tangible results—not merely executing a playbook. If you are convinced that most schools are underserving students—and that a superior alternative exists—this is your opportunity to demonstrate it.
What You Will Be Doing- Managing the complete parent lifecycle—from initial inquiry to sustained engagement—for a single campus.
- Delivering persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that transform interested parents into active advocates.
- Acting as the central parent liaison—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family is acknowledged and supported following enrollment at Alpha.
- Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on-site engagement, local partnerships, and intentional outreach.
- Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence.
- Depend on pre-written sales scripts or transactional messaging.
- Assign relationship-building responsibilities to campus staff or operate in a passive capacity.
- Allow structured parent groups to undermine or compromise Alpha's educational philosophy.
- Work primarily from a desk—this role requires deep involvement in the parent journey and local community.
Lead enrollment and retention at your campus by cultivating high-trust parent relationships from initial engagement through sustained satisfaction and advocacy.
Basic Requirements- Currently reside within commuting distance of one of these campuses, or be willing to relocate to:

- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment.
