This position is for in‑home or center‑based services and requires a candidate who wants to work with children to help them develop skills in behavior management, toileting, feeding, compliance, and other developmental and educational tasks.

Base pay: $18.00/hr – $28.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect data and submit session notes
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• Possess a vehicle and valid driver’s license; commute promptly to appointments
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families
• Valid state identification card
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check
