Win Shape Foundation seeks a House Parent to provide safe, supervised, Christ-centered homes within the Win Shape Homes program. You will support daily routines, meals, clothing, health reporting, and lead family devotional activities while modeling Christian faith.
The role focuses on meeting each child’s physical, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs, maintaining a calm, safe home, and partnering with House Parents and the HSP to implement care plans and ensure safety and well-being.
