We are seeking a skilled Apigee Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and API development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing APIs using Apigee Edge and integrating them with backend microservices built on Java/Spring Boot.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop APIs using Apigee Edge including proxy endpoints, policies, and analytics.
- Integrate Apigee proxies with backend microservices developed in Java and Spring Boot.
- Implement API security using OAuth2, API Key, JWT, etc.
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs, including versioning and documentation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot API performance using Apigee analytics and logs.
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate APIs into applications.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of APIs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
