The Staff Software Engineer is responsible for the design, development, testing and implementation of software that solves complex business problems, and is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain. This position will drive the adherence of technology solutions to the company s architectural standards and business growth.

• Architect and lead the planning, design and development of new solutions (5%)
• Work closely with Product owners and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and design software solutions to meet the product requirements (5%)
• Support the merging of code bases for multiple project streams along with contributing to the coding best practices (5%)
• Solve complex and ambitious problems by crafting elegant and impactful solutions (5%)
• Contribute to technical innovations along with defining coding standards (5%)
• Mentor and support other members of the software development team and contribute to the software development best practices (5%)

• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Education Level:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience preferred

Work Experience:
Typically 8+ years Hands-on object-oriented programming in Java or Python and/or Java script (UI) frameworks

• Understanding of all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
• Software development experience with Java or Python
• Experience with UI modern frameworks like Angular
  
  JS or ReactJS
• Experience with microservice architecture, end-to-end UI/API integration, and knowledge of API protocols like REST, gRPC, and GraphQL
• Experience in drafting best coding practices and designing highly scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
• Knowledge of caching technologies and DBMS technologies like Oracle, MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB and designing database schemas
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Experience with building or maintaining cloud-native applications
• Experience in building large-scale platforms that deal with real-time complex transactions and troubleshooting distributed systems
• Experience with core AWS services, serverless approaches like AWS Lambda, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA. Salary range for this location is $ to $. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company s discretion. Final offer will be based on skills, education, location and experience.

A candidate s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Tri Net s corporate bonus plan.
