What We re Looking For

Engineers who love the startup grind, strive to write quality, maintainable code fast, but want to ship, not fiddle around. We run very fast and are in the office 7 days a week.

• 1-2 years of production experience, either in fast-paced companies or significant personal projects
• Not afraid of touching frontend:
  React, Type Script, NextJS
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS/GCP/Digital Ocean
• Strong background in Docker/K8s containerization and database management
• Ability to own features end-to-end, from backend to frontend
• Proven experience building and maintaining projects used by real users (not just one-off experiments)
• Previous startup & AI/ML experience preferred
• Bonus points for experience in fintech
