Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• 70% of the role will be Application Layer development doing two things following OOD Principles:
• New development using C# / Xamarin IDE / Provide expertise on alternatives.

10% of the role will be focused on partnering with the DBA to setup tables and extract data from the data layer using SQL Server 2008/2012 and LINQ to SQL.

Experience Requirements:

• C#/ Web Services - 30% of this job will be consuming using Web API/ RESTful/WCF.
• SQL Server 2008/2012 - 10% of this role will be working within an entity framework & LINQ to SQL.
• Expert front end development knowledge using Xamarin IDE, with development of IOS/Android mobile app and thorough understanding of client server and SOA architecture.
• Ability to write enterprise level code with unit testing and contribution to test automation.
• Design patterns experience to ensure loose coupling of application for flexibility.
• Expert level understanding of HTML5, CSS, Jquery Mobile, Responsive design.
• Understanding of Cordova and phone gap.
