- Guide architectural decision‑making, establish technical patterns, and collaborate on long‑term platform direction.
- Mentor and support developers: review code, provide coaching, run regular one‑on‑ones, and help teammates grow.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and domain experts to deliver impactful user‑facing features.
- Participate directly in implementation work, including complex UI components, backend services, APIs and integration logic.
- Cultivate a collaborative environment across engineering teams through sharing best practices, improving systems, and leveling up the team.
- Explore and leverage AI‑assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot and Claude Code as part of our evolving workflow.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Type Script for backend and full‑stack development.
- Hands‑on experience with modern front‑end frameworks, especially React (Next.js experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server or Postgre
SQL. - Prior experience mentoring engineers, shaping architecture, or providing technical leadership.
- Experience using a headless CMS and contributing to customizable content.
- Experience building a highly configurable and performant multi‑tenant website platform.
- Experience building modern consumer‑facing websites, preferably at scale.
- Background with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with .NET and cross‑stack environments.
- Familiarity with Kafka and event‑driven architecture.
- A passion for experimentation and proof‑of‑concept‑ing.
- Great product with a strong customer base.
- Team environment.
- Opportunities for advancement and development.
- Continuation education benefits.
- Comprehensive and rich benefit plans, matching 401(k).
- Employee stock purchase program (ESPP).
