About Vox LabsScale your pipeline. Without scaling your team.
AI + Human symbiosis, for selling.
Vox Labs (by Spyglass Software, Inc.) is building the next-generation AI-powered sales development platform, designed to blend automation and human intelligence to drive pipeline at scale.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial engineer with 4+ years of software engineering experience to help us build the foundation of a venture-backed startup.
This is a unique opportunity to be a core member of a company redefining how teams prospect, working side-by-side with our founding team to shape both the product and the future of AI-driven sales development.
As a Full-Stack Engineer at Vox Labs, you’ll work directly with our CEO, founding team and early customers to build a next generation platform that transforms sales prospecting into an intelligent, automated process.
- Build and scale our AI-powered sales platform, from backend data processing to the frontend user experience.
- Work across our entire platform, including our React-based frontend, Node.js backend, CI/CD infrastructure, VOIP APIs and machine learning components.
- Define the architecture, tech stack, and feature roadmap alongside our leadership team.
- Experiment with LLMs, automation workflows, and real-time analytics to enhance sales prospecting efficiency.
- Be at the forefront of AI-human collaboration, shaping the next wave of intelligent sales tooling.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles and ability to execute independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience and preference for working across the full stack (backend, frontend, databases, and cloud services).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and contribute across different parts of the stack.
- Interest in real-time APIs, large-scale machine learning, and CPaaS systems (like Twilio).
- Ok with shipping fast, making mistakes and learning even faster. Rapid iterations over delayed perfection.
- Curiosity, mischief, and intensity.
- History of building useful things.
Our compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors including your unique skill set, years of experience, and preferred total compensation ratio between salary and equity.
Day-to-day remote works for us, but we think it's important to get to know your colleagues outside of the typical Slack and Google Meet chats. In the past, this means meeting up in person in San Francisco and New York and spending a week together.
We offer healthcare and 401k with matching.
$140k - $160k salary range + significant equity.
- 30 minute call with Co-founder & CEO to discuss background, experience, career goals, and answer questions
- 2-3 hour technical assessment (build an app with the Star Wars API, or another similar project)
- 30 minutes with a member of our engineering team
- 2-3 hour technical interview (and potentially coming to you to meet in person)
- Reference checks

I'mMichael , founding engineer. Based in Brooklyn, I've been a hacker my whole life—breaking, building, and experimenting with technology to push its limits. I've worked across the full stack, from low-level systems to scalable cloud applications, always looking for new ways to optimize and automate. When I'm not deep in code, you can find me hanging out with my cat(s), exploring security exploits, or breaking things just to figure out how to put them back together.
