Responsibilities- Develop sales plans for the robotics automation industry aligned with company strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Identify, develop, and nurture key industry accounts, maintaining strong client relationships for long-term strategic partnerships.
- Analyze client project requirements and manage bidding processes.
- Drive project advancement, negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection, while assisting in risk control.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure project execution and enhance client delivery experience.
- Collect and analyze industry and client needs, and promote robotics solutions through market outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, strong sales mindset, fluent in English, direct sales experience, preferably in robotics or warehouse logistics equipment. Based near Los Angeles, New Jersey, Atlanta, or Detroit. Able to independently develop clients and manage business.
- Based in the US; candidates with valid work visas or green cards preferred.
- Prior success in overseas business (preferably in logistics automation with scaled, real-world applications). Experience selling Chinese logistics automation products is a plus.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and business skills; proficiency in English as a working language.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
