Mobile Application Developer (Android & iOS)
Location:
Multiple locations, hybrid onsite (TX/NY/NJ/GA/AZ/NC/SC/PA/MN/IA, etc)
Employment Type:
Contract
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in native and/or cross‑platform mobile development and a solid understanding of mobile application architecture, performance, and usability.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS
- Build user‑friendly, high‑performance, and scalable mobile solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third‑party services
- Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness
- Participate in code reviews and follow mobile development best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize mobile applications
- Support app deployment, publishing, and maintenance activities
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in mobile application development
- Hands‑on experience with Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Swift/Objective‑C)
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX guidelines and design patterns
- Experience with mobile debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with cross‑platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Xamarin)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Firebase)
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices
- Prior experience in enterprise‑scale mobile applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
