Due to rapid growth and the ongoing development of their transformative AI-driven platform, Our Client is seeking a Founding Full Stack Engineer. This key position is critical to shaping the future of healthcare automation and driving significant improvements in how healthcare providers operate and deliver care to patients. This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to contribute directly to the evolution of a product that is poised to change the landscape of healthcare delivery.

• Collaborate closely with founders, design teams, and customers to streamline complex healthcare workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Construct the full AI stack, including features such as telephony, speech-to-text, and orchestration for voice AI applications.
• Integrate with major systems of record such as EHRs and RCM tools to create seamless workflows that prioritise security and observability.
• Take ownership of features from inception to deployment, focusing on stability and speed.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, configuration tools, and analytics interfaces for managing AI agents in live environments.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in building production-grade full stack applications using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Proven experience working with real-time AI systems and voice integrations, showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality features under tight timelines.
• Strong familiarity with modern API design principles (REST, Graph
  
  QL) and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• A solid understanding of queuing/event systems and Web Sockets.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Background in the healthcare sector, particularly with revenue cycle management or EHR integration.
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or HIPAA for handling sensitive data.
• Familiarity with voice/communication platforms or orchestration stacks.
• Previous experience scaling SaaS infrastructure in early-stage companies, especially within B2B or healthcare automation contexts.
