Senior Full Stack Developer

Remote - Atlana, GA

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a fast-paced, high-visibility eCommerce team driving major digital initiatives, including an upcoming platform migration in the new year. This role is ideal for a hands‑on senior engineer who enjoys influencing technical decisions, mentoring other developers, and building scalable solutions that support high‑traffic customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using React and Next.js on the front end and Java with Spring Boot on the back end to support high‑volume eCommerce platforms
• Develop and integrate APIs, services, and data layers, ensuring strong standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to architectural and technical decision‑making, particularly as the team prepares for and executes a platform migration
• Mentor and support junior and mid‑level developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best‑practice sharing
• Leverage cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable) to deploy, monitor, and scale applications within a modern CI/CD pipeline
• Collaborate closely with product, UX, and business partners in an agile environment to deliver impactful customer‑facing solutions

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer working with React/Next.js and Java/Spring Boot
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and contribute to system architecture
• Experience working in eCommerce or high‑traffic digital platforms
• Cloud experience in GCP, AWS, or Azure, with exposure to CI/CD and modern Dev Ops practices
• Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast‑moving team environment
