, not fiddle around. We run very fast and are in the office 6-7 days a week.

• At least 2+ years of production experience, either in fast-paced companies or open-source projects

• Not afraid of touching frontend:
  React, Type Script, & Tailwind

• Ability to own features end-to-end
  , from backend to frontend

• Proven experience building and maintaining projects used by real users (not just one-off experiments).

• Previous startup & AI/ML experience preferred

• Bonus points for experience in fintech
