Job Overview

The Java Full Stack Developer is responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining secure, high-performance enterprise applications across both backend and frontend. This role combines hands‑on coding with technical leadership, operational excellence, and collaboration across teams. The developer will drive full stack initiatives, shape scalable systems, and deliver resilient solutions aligned with long-term business strategy.

Design, develop, and maintain Java (Spring Boot) server‑side applications and React

JS/Type Script front‑end solutions. Lead code reviews, mentor team members, collaborate with cross‑functional teams (infrastructure, security, product, architects, Dev Ops, QA), and drive CI/CD pipeline improvements. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability in cloud environments.

• Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server‑side applications using Java (Spring Boot) and frontend applications using React
  
  JS, Type Script, and modern frameworks (e.g., Redux Toolkit, NestJS).
• Proven expertise with production‑ready frameworks and libraries commonly used in large organizations, including advanced state management patterns.
• Experience building, deploying, and managing cloud‑native applications on platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Understanding of the best security practices, including OAuth2, JWT, SSO, MTLS, WAF, and identity/session management.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Postgre

• Demonstrated ability to tune and optimize application performance in distributed cloud environments; familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace).

• Proven track record of working with cross‑functional teams (infrastructure, security, product, architects, Dev Ops, QA).
• Experience leading code reviews, technical mentorship, and team knowledge sharing.

• Experience architecting and building RESTful and Graph
  
  QL APIs, ensuring security, performance, and efficiency.
• Ability to design and implement event‑driven and distributed systems for large‑scale data processing and real‑time workflows.
• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries and ETL pipelines for analysts.
