Salesforce Architect

Overview

Salesforce Architect: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to drive cross functional projects. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and also mentor the Salesforce team.

• Develop custom solutions and integrations on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development tools
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to our internal users, including troubleshooting issues
• Lead and mentor other developers to ensure our Salesforce solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our enterprise architecture and best practices
• Work closely with business stakeholders and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions that align with our lightweight, consistent governance standards
• Ensure that our Salesforce solutions are secure, reliable, and available to our users
• Research and evaluate new Salesforce features and functionality, and make recommendations for adoption based on business needs and technical feasibility
• Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce integrations and customizations
• Monitor Salesforce performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to improve the platform's effectiveness
• Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce projects and initiatives

• 10+ years experience in software engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex and Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Developer certifications
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, including relationships between objects and fields
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications
• Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring and guiding other developers
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with lightweight, consistent governance standards and best practices
• Experience with enterprise system implementations
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub, Salesforce CLI, etc.) for Salesforce
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
