Position Title: Senior Management Analyst
Position Overview:

Technologies is actively seeking a Management Analyst to support specific business, management, functional, technical, and professional or policy areas of the law enforcement and security program.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying statistical and analytical issues, conducting operational and/or technical analysis and assessment of these issues, and providing input to the Program Manager, Branch Chief, Deputy Regional Director(s), and/or Regional Director. The Management Analyst will provide assistance in drafting policy formulations and developing professional or strategic goals.
- Maintain and monitor automated systems, project milestones, and work breakdown structures; prepare recurring and ad hoc progress and statistical reports.
- Collect, validate, and transform data from technical specialists and program managers for standard reporting and analytical purposes.
- Conduct independent research and analysis, producing recommendations to support program and project management decisions.
- Apply directives, regulations, and guidelines to ensure program compliance and support implementation of changes.
- Manage and maintain program-related data on SharePoint and other electronic systems to ensure accurate information-sharing.
- Prepare, bind, and distribute Facility Security Assessments and other deliverables to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor submissions, recurring deliverables, and critical program data to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in database development, system improvements, and preparation of security countermeasure packages for review boards.
- Coordinate collection, filing, and accountability of reports, cross-referencing data, and preparing program review statistics.
- Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
- Minimum of two years of security-related experience in security, intelligence, or law enforcement fields.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office computer software applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint; and possess the ability to rapidly learn new or unfamiliar computer applications.
- Candidate must be skilled in written and oral communications. This includes possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and maintain a DHS security clearance; current clearance not required to apply
