• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic and core databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PHP application issues.
• Refactor, optimize, and scale existing applications.
• Integrate front-end elements with back-end logic.
• Participate in full SDLC activities including code reviews and launches.
• Document features, architecture, and technical decisions.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and full-stack engineers.

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP.
• At least 1 year of experience with Laravel.
• Solid experience with MySQL and working in a Linux environment.
• Familiarity with version control (Git).
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Ability to solve complex performance and architectural challenges.
• Experience refactoring and optimizing legacy codebases.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with Agile principles.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
