We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer, Associate to join our HR Talent AI development team, working with cutting-edge AI technologies and a proprietary coding language to deliver innovative, business-driven solutions, and have a direct impact on products used globally across diverse industries.
This position plays a pivotal role in advancing the organization's strategic objective to leverage artificial intelligence as a competitive differentiator and productivity driver.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern AI frameworks and workflows, a solid grasp of Agentic AI concepts, and familiarity with toolsets such as Lang Chain or strand Agents for building autonomous solutions.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes- Work under the guidance of senior engineers to implement features and troubleshoot issues.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and robust software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Product Management, QA, and UX - to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Support integration of AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain or similar.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Learn and apply best practices for ethical and responsible AI deployment.
- Champion a culture of performance, reliability, and security across the product lifecycle.
- Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, and programming fundamentals inserting primary language(s), e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar.
- Knowledge of vector stores (e.g., Pinecone or Amazon Open Search) along with an understanding of traditional AI/ML models.
- Familiar with modern frameworks and tools e.g., Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular.
- Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of relational and No
SQL databases. - Familiar with version control systems like Git.

- Basic understanding of building enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
- Familiar with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Basic understanding of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
