• Drive hands-on development of a high-quality native iOS application from concept to deployment.
• Rapidly prototype and integrate native iOS features to optimize user experience.
• Collaborate across iOS, Android, and Web teams to ensure technical cohesion and a unified customer experience.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Engage directly with clients, engineers, designers, and QA teams to shape product capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting or software engineering, ideally in client-facing, project-based environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on iOS mobile development experience with a strong portfolio of native applications.
• Solid understanding of Swift and Swift
  
  UI, with demonstrated experience in building scalable, maintainable iOS apps.
• Familiarity with AR/VR development tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in:
• RESTful API integrations
• State management and data persistence
• Responsive UI development
• Code quality and testing frameworks
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to prototype complex solutions.
• Consultative mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Understanding of authentication protocols including Okta and role-based access.
• Exposure to Android development environments and ability to support adjacent platform teams.
• General awareness of web development principles to ensure a cohesive cross-platform experience.
• Deep expertise of React Native and cross-platform mobile development best practices.

• A self-starter with a positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for innovation.
• Strong leadership presence and a team-first mindset, someone who elevates those around them.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced delivery teams, ideally within consulting or product delivery firms.
• Ability to deliver high-quality code on tight timelines without sacrificing maintainability or performance.

• Candidates must be available to work standard EST or CST business hours to ensure optimal team alignment and client engagement.
