Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our AI Automation team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance and streamline accounting-related business processes. You will play a key role in leveraging modern technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
This is a hands-on technical position requiring strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, along with experience building and integrating modern, cloud-based applications.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy fullstack automation solutions using modern frameworks and technologies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, and Architects to deliver high-impact solutions
Analyze and deconstruct complex business processes to identify automation opportunities
Build scalable applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), SQL, and microservices architecture
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development cycles and deliver incremental value
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions to ensure performance and reliability
Serve as a trusted advisor by providing practical insights and recommendations on automation strategies
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic solutions
Required Qualifications Strong fullstack development experience across front-end and back-end technologies
Proficiency in React, Next.js, Python (Django and/or FastAPI), and SQL Experience with API development/integration and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience deploying applications in Azure cloud environments
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworks
Experience with logging, monitoring, and testing frameworks (e.g., Application Insights, Serilog, unit testing tools)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
Experience with AI/ML technologies, including GenAI, NLP, OCR, or Agentic AIBackground in accounting technology or financial systems
Experience working with SDKs and integrating new technologies based on documentation
