LVT Labs is looking for an IBM Sterling B2BIntegrator (SI) Developer to join our Banking& Payments Integration team.

We are looking for ahighly skilled integration professional with deep expertise inIBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Business Process (BP) development, IBM Sterling Maps (ITX), and modern AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI agents, agentic workflows, andprompt engineering to accelerate development while maintaining enterprise-grade quality and reliability.

• Design,develop, and optimize IBM Sterling Business Processes (BPs).
• Develop,enhance, and maintain complex IBM Sterling Maps (IBM ITX /Sterling Map Editor).
• Buildintegrations using REST/SOAP APIs, secure file transfer,messaging technologies, and enterprise middleware.
• Design reusable workflows, services, and integration components
• Integrate applications using REST/SOAP APIs, secure file transfer,and messaging technologies
• Leverage AIagents and agentic workflows to accelerate development,automate repetitive engineering tasks, improve documentation, generate mappings, assist with debugging, and increase overall developer productivity .
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM SterlingB2B Integrator (SI)
• Expert-level Business Process (BP) development
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing complex mapping logic
• XML, JSON,CSV, Flat Files, Positional Files, and advanced data transformation techniques
• AS2, SFTP,FTPS, HTTPS, Connect, MQ
• REST/SOAPAPI integrations
• SQL, Linux,and Shell Scripting

• Strong experience with Jython scripting for Sterling SI customization and Business Process automation.
• Experience designing, building, or working with AI Agents and Agentic Workflows to accelerate enterprise software development.
• Hands-on experience creating Agentic Workflows using Git Lab SaaS AI capabilities (Required).
• Strong proficiency in Prompt Engineering, with the ability to effectively interact with Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate solution design, Business Process development,IBM Sterling mapping, Jython scripting, debugging,documentation, test case generation, and implementation .
• Experience using enterprise AI development platforms such as Git Lab Duo(SaaS), Git Hub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to critically evaluate, refine, and productionizeAI-generated outputs while adhering to enterprise development standards and best practices.
