AI Engineer

Capgemini Invent is evolving its consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, combining analytics, automation, and generative AI to augment human judgment. On the Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team, you’ll help organizations unlock value from their data and AI investments through meaningful, scalable change. This onsite role in Atlanta, GA supports building and deploying AI components that fit within broader AI architectures for consulting engagements.

Salary: USD 110, per year

You will build and deploy defined AI components within a broader architecture for AI-enabled consulting engagements. The work includes creating AI pipelines and agent workflows, implementing retrieval and tool-calling patterns, and supporting proof of concepts from technical validation through documentation and client sessions.

• Solid understanding of responsible AI principles including ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
• Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset for emerging AI capabilities in client environments.
• 3–5 years in software, data, or AI engineering.
• Practical experience with Python, SQL, APIs, and cloud
