Java Backend Developer

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge in GraphQL, Microservices
• Backend:
  NodeJS (Express.js) or Java Spring (core, data, security, REST) and Spring Boot
• Good knowledge of SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and No
  
  SQL (e.g., Cassandra)
• Cloud concepts
• Frontend:
  Deep knowledge in React (hooks, Redux, etc.), Micro Frontend Architecture, Webpack bundler, Babel transpiler
• Ability to work on both frontend and backend (approximately 60% frontend / 40% backend)
• Good to have:
  Angular, Vue.js, Cloud (AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, Dev Ops

• Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
• Ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and close escalations.
