Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software solutions that meet business and user needs. Emphasizes delivering scalable, reliable, and high-quality applications by applying advanced best practices in coding, architecture, and software lifecycle management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

• 1. Independently designs, develops, tests, and maintains complex software components and services addressing business and user requirements.
• 2. Implements advanced features and enhancements using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
• 3. Leads code reviews and provides constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.
• 4. Collaborates with cross-functional technical teams to plan and execute technical initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
• 5. Troubleshoots, debugs, and resolves complex software defects and production issues, applying root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• 6. Participates actively in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design discussions, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• 7. Applies secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards to ensure software quality and compliance with organizational guidelines.
• 8. Mentors and supports junior engineers to foster technical growth and adherence to best practices.
• 9. Utilizes and contributes to existing frameworks, tools, and technologies to enhance application development across relevant technology domains.

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• 2. Build software components and frameworks using modern technologies, AI tools using established coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
• 3. In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
• 4. 6–8 years of experience in full stack application development.
• 5. Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and/or Java Spring Boot.
• 6. Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
• 7. Front-end development experience using Angular, React, JavaScript, Type Script, HTML5, and CSS.
• 8. Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• 9. Understanding cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• 10. Experience with Git, Dev Ops tools, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• 11. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• 12. Experience in enterprise workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, digital process automation, or application modernization initiatives.
