  • Develop and maintain applications, services, and automation tools using Go (Golang).
  • Work with Kubernetes Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), custom controllers, and operators.
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and release automation processes.
  • Support developer productivity initiatives, internal platforms, and engineering workflows.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, deployment, and application issues.
  • Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and observability.
  • Contribute to technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Hands‑on software development experience using Go (Golang).
  • Experience with Kubernetes, including Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) and custom controllers/operators.
  • Experience supporting or developing platform engineering solutions.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and developer workflows.
  • Experience with cloud-native infrastructure, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or an equivalent cloud environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting distributed systems, deployment processes, or infrastructure-related issues.
  • Proficiency working in Linux or macOS development environments.
  • Experience with Git-based version control and modern software development practices.
  • Understanding of containers, networking, infrastructure, and distributed systems architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience building internal developer platforms or developer productivity tools.
  • Experience with Git Ops, infrastructure automation, and cloud-native tooling.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes clusters, and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with large-scale build systems such as Bazel.

  • Knowledge of observability, system performance, and reliability engineering.
  • Experience contributing to open‑source projects.
  • Exposure to AI/LLM application development, agentic workflows, or AI-powered developer tools.
What We're Looking For
  • The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented engineer who enjoys working across software development, infrastructure, and platform operations.
  • You should be comfortable taking ownership of technical challenges, improving engineering processes, and building reliable tools that make development teams more productive.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.
