Head Coach, Volleyball

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Head Coach, Court Volleyball to direct, develop, and manage all aspects of the Division I Court Volleyball program.

The Head Coach is responsible for coaching, training, and development of student-athletes within the team concept.

• Recruitment and talent evaluation of student-athletes.
• Monitoring of student-athletes academic progress and personal development.
• Budget creation and management.
• Tournament and practice scheduling.
• Supervise assistant coaches, graduate assistants, temps, work study students or volunteers.
• Adherence to Georgia State University, NCAA, Sun Belt Conference rules and policies.
• Development and fundraising responsibilities to raise funds for the department and Volleyball program, along with alumni engagement.

Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience.

Knowledge of NCAA policies and procedures is required. NCAA certification will be required.
