Position Overview:
We are seeking a certified and experienced Yoga Instructor to lead energizing, safe, and engaging classes. You’ll guide members through mindful movement, breathwork, and flexibility-focused routines that promote balance and recovery, supporting both physical and mental wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead dynamic, results-driven yoga classes for individuals of all levels.
Develop creative and effective flows that align with Carbon's holistic approach to wellness.
Provide modifications and adjustments to ensure participant safety and success.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating studio environment.
Support studio cleanliness and equipment organization before and after class.
Stay informed of yoga trends and continuing education.
Qualifications:
Current Yoga Certification (RYT-200 or higher preferred).
CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain).
Proven group instruction experience (1+ year preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for mindfulness, mobility, and creating transformative experiences.
Ability to adapt instruction for all fitness levels.
