Head Coach – Lead / Top Rope (Sport)

We are seeking a full-time Head Coach for Lead/Top Rope to support our competitive climbing program. This role combines coaching, route setting, and light administrative responsibilities and works under the direction of the Program Director.

• Coach Team CRG Atlanta’s Elite and Summit competitive teams (15 hours per week), along with competitions and training camps
• Build and implement Lead and Top Rope training plans under the supervision of the Program Director
• Provide athlete feedback and support long-term development and competition preparation
• Route setter for the program one day per week (7–8 hours)
• Collaborate with other Head Coaches on program management and planning
• Assist with communication with athlete families as needed
• Support occasional administrative duties related to the competitive program
• 25–30 total hours per week of coaching, setting, and administrative work
• Opportunity to add commercial route setting hours

• Competitive Coaching and Route Setting Experience Required.
